If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will re-deliver, refund, credit or offer a comparable exchange if the original product is not available. Because we depend on mother nature, a picture or color of a flower may vary from what you receive depending on time of the year and growing region. If you have questions or concerns please let us know before you order via email. All flower availabilty can change at any time. All items offered are subject to availability.

Timing of your flower delivery is important! It is better to receive the flowers a day early than a day late. If your event is on a Saturday choose arrival on the Wednesday or Thursday before so the flowers have time to acclimate and open.

Exclusions to this guarantee include, but are not limited to, damage due to transit problems or weather conditions, Saturday shipments, shipper exclusions, or 2nd day arrivals being requested by the customer. We are not responsible when FedEx has a delivery delay.
