Product Freshness Guarantee guarantees that its flowers, foliage, plants, and preserved items ordered on the www.Bulkwholesaleflowers.Com site will be fresh after delivery with proper care and handling and with respect to our guarantees, our sole maximum liability will not be more than to refund the purchase price of the damaged bunch/bunches or to replace and deliver equivalent product items, as appropriate, as soon as reasonably possible. The applicable guarantee must be brought within 48 hours after delivery and pictures must be provided or we shall not be liable and you will have waived any and all related claims regarding such product items. We do not refund any shipping charges unless there is a delivery delay not related to weather.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will re-deliver, refund, credit or offer a comparable exchange if the original product is not available. Because we depend on mother nature, a picture or color of a flower may vary from what you receive depending on time of the year and growing region. If you have questions or concerns please let us know before you order via email. All flower availabilty can change at any time. All items offered are subject to availability.

Timing of your flower delivery is important! It is better to receive the flowers a day early than a day late. If your event is on a Saturday choose arrival on the Wednesday or Thursday before so the flowers have time to acclimate and open.

Fabulous Florals products are shipped to all fifty states and Canada with a 100% quality guarantee. Quality claims must be made to Fabulous Florals within 48 hours of receiving the order. Exclusions to this guarantee include, but are not limited to, damage due to transit problems or weather conditions, Saturday shipments, shipper exclusions, or 2nd day arrivals being requested by the customer. We are not responsible when FedEx has a delivery delay. Pictures may be asked for or required to help us communicate with the shipper and grower when tracking down the nature of the quality or transit problem. ships fresh cut flowers of premium quality and cannot be held responsible if flower blossoms have not opened enough in time for an event. Please always build in a “buffer” day. It’s better to have your flowers arrive a day early so they can acclimate and hydrate. Cancellation Policy

When you place an order with Fabulous Florals we process it with the utmost care. We plan for the product as soon as we confirm everything with you and try our best to deliver everything you’ve requested down to the last detail.

We realize events occur that may cause you to no longer need your order fulfilled. If we have already purchased the product for your order than a cancellation is not always possible. Because we secure this product with various growers all over the world to ensure it is delivered on time, we start procuring anywhere from a week to three weeks before your desired delivery date.
