Aster Matsumoto has some unique characteristics. Purple Matsumoto aster has a yellow center. Aster care & handling tips: Cut Matsumoto Aster stem ends on an angle about one inch to create fresh surface to absorb water and remove any faded stem base. Remove all foliage below the water line and place in a clean container bucket or vase filled with cool water and use the floral preservative we provided. If you do not add floral preservative, change the water and re-cut the stems every day or so. Always bring special event flowers in a few days before and keep them hydrated in a cool well ventilated room with away from direct sunlight. Growers bunch contains 5 stems or more.
