Blush Anemone or windflower are a cool climate flower and available during late fall, winter & Spring. Bush Anemone’s can be more white than this picture shows it varies with the time of the season , sunlight and temperatures. Upon arrival check that the petals are not damaged. Remove any foliage that is turning and make sure there is no foliage in the water . Use clean vases or buckets and cut the stems on an angle about an inch . You can let the flower acclimate in a well ventilate room no direct heat or sunlight. If you have a refrigerator please makes sure there are not fruits like Apples or Vegetables such as Tomatoes in there because they produce ethylene gas and will shorten the flowers vase life.These flowers should preferably be processed in the cooler, as they are spring crops. Change water daily. The vase life should be a week depending in care and handling. They don’t do well in hot summer weather. The stems are 20 inches tall and there are 10 stems per bunch.
